Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Savr — the desktop app, the account that licenses it, and this website. They are written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

1. What Savr is

Savr is a program that runs on your own computer. It takes a task you describe in your own words, decides how to carry it out, and does the work by running the AI tools you have already signed into (such as the Claude and ChatGPT command-line tools) and, when you switch it on, by moving your mouse and typing on your keyboard.

Savr does not include an AI model of its own. Everything it asks a model to do runs on your subscriptions and your keys, under those providers' own terms, which you agree to keep to.

2. Your account

3. Working on your screen

When you turn on screen control, Savr takes screenshots of your screen, sends them to the AI service you connected so it can decide the next step, and then clicks and types for you. This is powerful, and it is your responsibility to:

4. Plans and payment

5. What you may and may not do

You may install and use Savr on the computers you use yourself. You may not resell it, rent it out, take it apart to build a competing product, remove any notice from it, or use it to break the law, harm others, or get around someone else's security. We may close an account that does any of this.

6. Ownership

Savr, its name and its code belong to us. What you make with it belongs to you. Feedback you send us may be used to improve Savr without owing you anything for it.

7. No promises

Savr is provided as it is. Software this ambitious will sometimes be wrong, slow, or unavailable, and the AI services it relies on are run by other companies we do not control. We do not promise that it will be error-free, that a task will finish the way you expect, or that it will always be available.

8. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of Savr. Our total liability to you for anything connected with Savr is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending things

You can stop using Savr and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may stop offering Savr altogether, in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused part of a paid period.

10. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we will update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using Savr after a change means you accept it.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms, your account or a charge: reply to any email we have sent you, or use the support address shown on your receipt.
